NBA Playoffs 2018 First Round Matchups and Schedule
It feels like Christmas.
The 2018 NBA Playoffs will kick off this Saturday, April 14th following last night’s regular-season finale. Last night, several teams were jockeying for position and, in some cases, a spot in the post-season.
Now, here is what the Eastern and Western Conference playoffs matchups look like for the first round.
1. Raptors vs 8. Wizards
2. Celtics vs 7. Bucks
3. Sixers vs 6. Heat
4. Cavs vs 5. Pacers
1. Rockets vs 8. Timberwolves
2. Warriors vs 7. Spurs
3. Blazers vs 6. Pelicans
4. Thunder vs 5. Jazz
The NBA Playoffs will officially tip off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14th in the Oracle Arena, home of the defending champions, the Golden State Warriors. The defending champs will face the San Antonio Spurs and you can tune in to ABC to witness the faceoff. The rest of Saturday’s action can be caught on ESPN. This includes the Toronto Raptors hosting the Wizards at 5 p.m., followed by Miami at Philadelphia at 8 p.m. and the Pelicans visiting the Portland Trail Blazers in the nightcap.
Sunday’s games will be split between TNT and ESPN, starting with the Bucks vs Celtics at 1 p.m. on TNT, followed by the Pacers at Cavs at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
