With over a decade in the game, Scoop DeVille has produced bangers for everyone from Snoop Dogg and MURS to The Game and Vince Staples. It was only a matter of time before he started working on his solo album. Rapping and producing, the Los Angeles native is set to release his debut solo offering later this year. Today, he kicks things off with the project’s lead single, “Suavecito.” Mixed and mastered by the legendary DJ Quik, the smooth anthem is not one you’re going to want to miss.

Scoop is also keeping busy with his latest collaboration with SSUR and their limited edition “La Raza” collection. He and SSUR have teamed up to re-create a small collection of LA RAZA merchandise as a tribute to Scoop’s father, Frost. Frost is an integral part of the roots and cultural history in Los Angeles. The record, LA RAZA, meaning “The People”, was a groundbreaking song and video in for the hispanic community and culture. The collection, consisting of t-shirts, hoodies, coach jackets, snapback hats and beanies, is available in limited quantities at and in store at SSUR Los Angeles.
